This is challenging and athletic Vinyasa Yoga classes, poses are linked together and synced with the breath. We flow through the asanas connecting each sequence with a vinyasa. This is Restorative Yoga class uses props, gentle and restorative postures, pranayama and meditation to relax the body and quiet the mind. It is perfect for students of all ages and abilities including those healing from injury.
