VINYASA FLOW is challenging and athletic Vinyasa Yoga class, poses are linked together and synced with the breath.  We flow through the asanas connecting each sequence with a vinyasa. This keeps the body warm and engaged throughout the practice. This is beautiful, dynamic style of flow Yoga that maintains a playful and dance-like quality. There is no set sequence and each teacher brings his/her own style. Many of the classes incorporate music to support the energy of the flow.  Most classes are all levels or levels are indicated on the schedule. FLOW FIT is a dynamic fusion of yoga, body sculpting, barre work, and non-impact cardio designed for developing strong, lean muscles. This high-intensity, Vinyasa-style flow class incorporates hand weights to burn fat and build lean muscle mass. This power-up session builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster as you move through Sun Salutations and flow, enabling extra length and depth in each pose. Designed for intermediate levels. DEEP STRETCH – yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time—three to five minutes is typical. Stretch poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints. Improving flexibility, mobility and preventing injury. Stretch sequences are designed to improve the flow of the subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body. Improved flow is hypothesized to improve organ health, immunity, and emotional well-being. A more meditative approach to yoga, Stretch aims at cultivating awareness of one’s inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnected quality. Room heated to 92-95 degrees.


RESTORATIVE – yoga class uses props, gentle and restorative postures, pranayama and meditation to relax the body and quiet the mind. It is perfect for students of all ages and abilities including those healing from injury. Supported postures are held for several minutes allowing the body to release tension completely and giving the mind ample time to slow down and let go. Room heated to 92-95 degrees.


FLOW + MYOFASCIAL RELEASE is signature class begins with a head-to-toe Vinyasa Flow sequence that will reveal your healing needs. Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) massage techniques (with Yoga Tune-up massage balls) will complete your self-healing experience. Fascia are connective tissues that attach, stabilize, enclose, and separate muscles and other internal organs. Benefits of SMR include:

• Correcting muscle imbalances
• Improved joint range of motion
• Relieve muscle soreness and joint stress
• Improved intramuscular efficiency
